ZFSB acquired its license in 2004 from the central bank, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) as a factoring entity for the Ministry of Finance (MOF). ZFSB is in the business of providing business capital to both small and medium sized Bumiputra entrepreneurs who in return provides and render their services and expertise to government related agencies/companies, statutory bodies and has even taken a broader step to extend its services to public listed companies.
This exercise is seen as an invaluable assistance to entrepreneurs in terms of providing them with the required financial assistance. ZFSB provides Islamic and Shariah compliance practices through its "Ba'i Ad Dayn" concept. In totality since its inception, ZFSB has provided assistance to close to 2000 entrepreneurs.
ZFSB registered with TERAJU and has been certified as a High Performing Bumiputera financial services company under TeraS programme.
ZFSB is an active member of the Malaysian Factors Association (MFA)
